PENNSYLVANIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, STONE
CULVERT REPLACEMENT
- Linde Enterprises, Inc has just been awarded a
Penn DOT project to replace a stone culvert with a
forty-eight inch reinforced concrete pipe by jack
and bore under SR 3004 in Newport Township, Luzerne
County. The job is expected to commence in February
of 2009 and be completed by July of 2009 |

2005-2008
NORTHERN DIVISION PG ENERGY BLANKET CONTRACT
–
Linde Enterprises, Inc. received an award for the installation of gas distribution facilities under a blanket contract for the 2005 – 2008 construction season. This is an on-going project in which the Company is performing and providing all labor tools and equipment to install new and renewed piping of various gas distribution facilities at locations directed by PG Energy Inc in their Northern operating area. |

FAILURE
- The Company has completed a project for Penn DOT
to perform a slide correction along SR 0167,
Brooklyn Township in Susquehanna County. The project
was composed of constructing a temporary road to
access the slope and perform excavation and
placement of rock slope protection. The project was
completed successfully. |

TRI-BORO FLOOD
RECOVERY PROJECT
– Linde Enterprises, Inc.
has completed a Project for the Tri-Boro
Municipal Authority in Susquehanna County to remove
and replace the raw water and plant pumps and
comminutors for this flood damaged system. Also
included was the installation of a new 500 gallon
above ground diesel oil storage tank and flood
barrier panels. |

PENSYLVANIA AMERICAN WATER
– Linde Enterprises, Inc. has completed work on three
projects for PAW for the rehabilitation and renewal
of water mains and related services. They included
the installation of 12” DICL water main and the
retirement of old cast iron mains in Nay Aug Avenue,
City of Scranton, the installation of approximately
1,400’ of 8” DICL water main in Pond Hill Road,
State Road Number 0239 in Mocanaqua and the Township
of Conyngham and the retirement of similar lengths
of old cast iron mains in the same locations and the
installation of approximately 7,000 ‘ of 12” DICL
water main in Main Street, Backoad, State Road No.
1010, Swoyersville and 400’ of 8” main for tie-ins,
Borough of Swoyersville and the retirement of
similar lengths of old cast iron mains in the same
locations. |

PITTSTON HDD
– The Company has completed a 1.1 million dollar plus
project to install a pipeline by horizontal
direction drilling under the Susquehanna River
between Pittston and West Pittston. The project
awarded by Pennsylvania American Walter included

CROSSING –
Linde Enterprises Inc.’s has
completed a project for Pennsylvania American Water
to install a horizontally drilled pipeline for a 26”
pipe under the Susquehanna River between the City of
Nanticoke and the Borough of Plymouth.

– Linde Enterprises, Inc. has installed Blue
Mountain Lake Well No. 3 Pumping and Treatment
Facilities for Pennsylvania American Water. This

– The Company performed a sewer replacement
project at the Red Rock Job Corps center. The work
included replacing the existing gravity sewer lines,

restoration. |

AUTHORITY SEWER REPLACEMENT
– Linde Enterprises, Inc. completed a Project for the Waymart Area Authority
to install sanitary sewer laterals and manholes in
the Borough. |

AMERICAN WATER WILKESWOOD APARTMENTS
– The Company completed a project for PAW including
various streets in Wilkeswood Apartments and Hemlock
Street in the Township of Wilkes-Barre. The work
involved the rehabilitation of approximately 2,500
lf of water mains and related services. The project
completed in the Fall of 2007.

MESHOPPEN BOROUGH SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT
–
Linde Enterprises, Inc. recently completed two
projects for the Borough of Meshoppen for a combined
total of 2.5 million dollars. The first, Sewage
Collection System, consisted of the installation of
approximately 17,300 lf of collection system piping,
valves and all related appurtenances. The second
project consisted of the construction of a complete
sewage treatment plant.

SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY FLOOD RECOVERY WORK
– The Tri-Boro Municipal Authority of Susquehanna,
Pennsylvania has awarded Linde a contract for over
$430,000 to perform flood recovery mechanical work.
The project at the water treatment plant includes
replacement of the raw water intake pumps, plant
water pumps, two existing comminutors and
installation of pre-spray flood barriers.

PENNSYLVANIA AMERICAN WATER PROJECTS
– Linde Enterprises, Inc. has received awards from
Pennsylvania American Water for various
rehabilitation and renewal of water mains and
related services projects. These include the
installation of over 2,800 lineal feet of 8” ductile
iron pipe and retirement of similar lengths of cast
iron pipe in the Boroughs of Dupont and Avoca, the
installation of 1,200 lineal feet of 12”, over 2,200
lineal feet of 8” and over 900 lineal feet of
ductile iron pipe and the retirement of similar
lengths of cast iron pipe in the Boroughs of
Swoyersville and Larksville and the installation of
over 500 lineal feet of 8” ductile iron pipe in the
borough of Archbald. The work is currently in
progress.

HUNTSVILLE WTP UPGRADE TO CLARIFIERS
- Pennsylvania American Water has awarded Linde a
three hundred thousand dollar plus contract for the
upgrade of four media based filter beds at the main
drinking water treatment facility in Huntsville. The
work includes demolition and removal of the current
filter media, upgrading the mechanical components
and re-installing the new filter media with
start-up. The work is expected to be completed by
year end.

WESTFALL TOWNSHIP SANITARY & WATER MAIN
EXTENSION
- The Company is currently working on a $890,000 contract to
install a combination water sanitary force main and
low pressure sewer in the Township of Westfall, Pike
County. This project includes 7 directional drills
and related pipe installations within the Penn DOT
right-of -way. This project is for utility service
to the “Katz” property. Linde was also
awarded an additional $361,000 contract for
mechanical construction of the waste water pumping
station. |

PADDLER’S POINT – WATERLINE EXTENSION
– The Company is installing a new
domestic water system in Paddler’s Point, a new
housing development in the Town of Milford in
Westfall Township. The construction includes 3
directional bores under State Route 209 and
installation of approximately 3900’ of 8” ductile
iron pipe.

PENNSYLVANIA AMERICAN WATER
– Four new projects for Pennsylvania American Water
Company totaling over two million dollars worth of
work are in various stages of completion. They
include a flood damage restoration at Hillside Water
Treatment Plant, a 7,000 lf sewer line replacement
on Rosemont Drive, a booster station installation in
Timothy Lake and sewage pump station replacements in
Sawcreek Estates. The work will be
completed in the second quarter of 2007. |

DALLAS AREA – MAIN SEWAGE PUMP STATION
– The Company commenced work on this
900,000 dollar plus upgrade and renovation to an
existing 4.5 MGD pump station and equalization
basins for the Dallas Area Municipal Authority.
The work includes installation of three 14” diameter
pumps and 2 new influent grinders in existing head
works. Extensive electrical upgrades and building
modifications are included. |

THE MEADOWS CAMPUS WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT
PROJECT
– LEI is replacing a 6” water service main from the
well house to several buildings on the campus of a
retirement community, The Meadows, in Dallas
Township, Luzerne County. The work also includes
upgrading the valve vault and the placement of a new
generator and all associated electrical work at the
well house.

SPRINGBROOK STREAM CROSSING -
Linde Enterprises, Inc. is currently constructing a project for the Pennsylvania American Water Company which consists of replacing 24” and 30” water mains in Springbrook Creek. The stream flow makes dewatering a major challenge for this delicate project. |

EMERGENCY REPAIR OF SUSQUEHANNA RIVER WATER MAINS
–
Linde has recently completed a massive repair
project on a 24-inch ductile iron water main
crossing the Susquehanna from Pittston to West
Pittston for Pennsylvania American Water Company.
The fast paced project included constructing
approximately a 750’ long temporary road to access
the river’s edge as well as a 450’ rock causeway.
Once the location was reached a port-a-dam was
utilized to isolate the area. Upon implementing an
aggressive de-watering system, the pipe repair was
completed. Linde crews work around the clock until
the repair was made. During this repair, Linde
personnel installed a 14” high density polythene
pipe through an abandoned 20” cast iron main
(utilizing horizontal directional drilling
technology) in order to maintain a transfer of water
service to 20,000 customers.

VILLAGE OF TREVERTON
– A
project has recently been completed for Aqua
Pennsylvania consisting of the installation of
approximately 3200” of 8” DIP to replace mains
within SR 225, Zerbe Township, Northumberland
County.. Also included was the installation of 3
fire hydrants and 93 service lines attached to the
existing main. |

ROAD BORE
–
Linde installed 24” casing pipe for installation of
a waterline crossing under Interstate 81, servicing
the town of DuPont for Pennsylvania American Water.

A
Linde crew removed and replaced the existing water main on the Simpson Bridge over the Lackawanna River in Fell Township, Lackawanna County. The work included installation of hangers and approximately 460’ of 12” DICL water main. |

Directional Drill bores and is located 30 miles west
of Harrisburg, PA. |

WOLF LODGE
- Linde Enterprises, Inc. has completed
a 2.5 million dollar site development contract
for an exciting project in the Pocono Mountains
in Tannersville, PA. The owner, The Great Lakes
Companies, Inc., is constructing a 450,000 square
foot, 400 unit lodge under the direction
of Kraemer Brothers, LLC, a construction management
firm. Our work consisted of grading, storm water
management, utilities and erosion and sedimentation
control. Upon completion the resort will consist
of a four-story wood-framed structure, a 250 seat
restaurant, a fitness center, a spa and an indoor
water park. |

PINECREST LAKE PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT , PHASE 2 SECTION 3
–
Linde Crews
have completed expansion of a residential/Golf
Community's roads and infrastructure in Pocono
Pines, Tobyhanna Township. Work includes select
clearing, roads, and utilities as a complete
package. |

INTERSTATE 78 BORE PROJECT
–
LEI completed a 140’, seventy three and one half inch micro tunneling operation with the installation of a 60” concrete pipe under Interstate 78 in Hamburg, Pennsylvania. Tunneling was completed using an Ackerman WM 60C in conjunction with a Model 5000 pump unit for jacking. Linde worked as Subcontractor to Balfour Beatty Construction Inc. as they performed a fifty five million dollar road reconstruction project for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. |

RIVERCREST WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY
– Linde Enterprises, Inc. has completed a
contract for the additions and
alterations to the Rivercrest WWTF in Wyoming
County, PA. The work included installing new
aeration equipment in both the treatment unit and
the sludge holding tank; renewal of all yard piping
and an exterior makeover to the control building
including re-pointing the block; installing a new
roof and installation of new doors and windows.

and grubbing, grading, utility installation and

WILKES-BARRE
TOWNSHIP MARKET PLACE -
Linde
Enterprises, Inc. was the prime site contractor for
approximately 375,000 s.f. of
retail space on a 23-acre site development which
included a Wal-Mart
Super Center as the anchor store and a Wal-Mart
Fuel Service Station.
Linde worked under EMJ Corporation of
Boston, MA, the construction manager for the Project.
Work included site grading, storm water,
potable water, retaining walls, site lighting, curbing,
paving, line painting, signage, dynamic compaction,
fire protection loop, electric/telephone/cable
utilities and the building pad for Wal-Mart.

ORWIGSBURG

Linde Enterprises, Inc. completed a $4,620,000
dollar project for the upgrade and expansion of
a wastewater treatment plant owned by the Municipal
Authority of the Borough of Orwigsburg located
in
Schuylkill
County.
Work included the construction of a new
blower generator building, a three train vertical
loop reactor, a cast-in-place aerobic digester,
two new reed beds and the upgrading and expansion
of the existing facilities.
This project combined the efforts of our
concrete division with those of our mechanical/electrical
division.

project at the Covington Industrial Park including

| KIDDER
TOWNSHIP –
Linde
Enterprises, Inc. installed a Wastewater Collection
System around Lake Harmony for the Split Rock
Wastewater Treatment Plant in Kidder Township.
This project commenced in April and took approximately
a year to complete. The designed system
is a low pressure force main with grinder
pumps utilized at all residences. A
large portion of the project was accomplished
via directional boring. This trenchless
technology limits the inconvenience of construction
inherent to a project performed in narrow
confines. In addition to this contract
the company also performed the electrical
work at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and
three odor control stations. |

LAKE WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
- LEI completed a 1.4 million dollar
project for the installation of a Wastewater Treatment
Plant in the Village of Beach Lake in Berlin Township,
Wayne County, PA. The project included construction
of a 90,000 GPD wastewater treatment plant utilizing
SBR technology housed in all cast-in-place concrete
structures and associated appurtenances. |

WIND FARM
- Linde Enterprises, Inc. completed support site
work
at the Waymart Wind Farm for Prime Contractor D.H.
Blattner, including ten miles of environmentally
sensitive mountaintop land clearing and fast tracking
off-site staging area. Forty three wind mills have
been erected at the project site. Additionally,
LEI furnished and installed a design/build Operations
and Maintenance building with all associated site
development which will house the SCADA controls
and offices for on-site personnel. |

Linde Enterprises, Inc. completed a major site
development project for a Frito Lay Distribution
Center in Moosic, PA. The work
included site preparation, installation of storm,

construction of an underground detention system,
erection of two segmental block retaining walls,
concrete curb and paving. |

DELAWARE WATER GAP BORE
- Linde completed a project for the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation which
included a 600’ bore by horizontal directional
drilling under Broadhead Creek to provide for a
replacement of an existing 4” force main sanitary
sewer service for the Delaware Water Gap Welcome
Center recently damaged by flooding.

SLATINGTON MAINTENANCE FACILITY
– Linde has completed the modification of the
Slatington Maintenance Facility in Northampton
County for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. The work
consisted of replacement of the
on-site sanitary sewer system, floor drain
modifications, installation of an oil/water
separator and filtration system and associated E & S
work.

NFG – LANCASTER & ELMA, ERIE COUNTY, NY
– Linde completed a high pressure gas
replacement project for National Fuel Gas in the
towns of Lancaster Elma in Erie County, NY. The
construction included replacing 7,190 lf of 20”
steel pipe, preparation and pig cleaning of 3.8
miles of 20” pipe, hydrotesting 2.4 miles of 20”
pipe, installing (2) 20” valve settings, (1) 20” pig
launcher and (1) 20” drip.

AQUA – EAGLE ROCK SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
– Linde completed
a contract for installation of 7,200 lf of 8”
ductile iron water main and 76 services in the
Community of Eagle Rock for Aqua Pennsylvania. Also included
was the
construction of 12 pressure reducing valve stations,
at various locations throughout the development.

–
Linde
completed a project in Coal Township, Northumberland County for Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. This half a million dollar plus project included the installation of two parallel 24” ductile iron pipe transmission mains totaling 6,900 lineal feet. |

– Linde crews developed an eighty acre tract of land on Brushy Mountain Road in Stroud Township, Monroe County for a housing project. The work included road construction, a sanitary sewer system, a potable water system, site development, storm water management, erosion and sedimentation controls and other site improvement services for LTS Development, LLC.

–
Linde Enterprises, Inc.
completed a contract at the #4 aeration reactor which included the fabrication and installation of specialty air piping, ductwork, excavation, restoration and certified welding.
The work was performed for the WYoming Valley Sewer
Authority.

–
Linde
crews completed modifications to the existing Eagle Rock Well No. 2 for Aqua Pennsylvania, Inc. The work included installation of a new green sand filter in the building and construction of chlorine contact piping system and backwash pits.

POCONO MOUNTAIN INDUSTRIAL PARK LAGOON /SPRAY FIELDS
–
Linde
completed a multi-million dollar
industrial park project encompassing construction of a lagoon/spray irrigation wastewater system at the former Camp Tegawitha in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County, next to Mount Pocono Airport. The work included installation of a 50,000 GPD treatment plant/storage lagoon and 3.4 mile spray field. |

–

Mall project for Petroleum Services on Montage
Mountain Road, Scranton, PA. This work for the Mini
Mall included 2000 truckloads of import fill and
installation of a storm water management system,

retaining walls and foundations. |

THE PRESERVE AT MILFORD
–
An upscale housing
site project was completed by Linde
in June, 2005 for the site development of (240)
acres (total project boundaries) in Milford, PA just
west of Interstate 84, Exit #46. Work included
carefully clearing 24 acres of previous pristine
forest, while building roads with stringent
erosion/sedimentation controls and
electric/communication utilities. |

BROADWAY WATERLINE REPLACEMENT
–
Linde
completed a circa 1896 water system replacement
project in the Historic Borough of Jim Thorpe, PA.
The work included furnishing and installing 10,000
lf of 12 inch ductile iron waterline with valves,
fire hydrants, 300+ existing services, pressure
reducing vaults, tie-ins to existing waterline. |
