PA DOT SR 3021 Project

Removal of embankment placed in 1987 for the old Stafford Avenue Bridge and Construction of a cast-in-place concrete box culvert to carry the Lackawanna County Rail Authority Rail Line. Approximately 250 feet of Stafford Avenue was reconstructed along with minor storm-water drainage appurtances.
