Markets   Site Preparation         WILKES-BARRE TOWNSHIP MARKET PLACE -  Linde Enterprises, Inc. is the Prime Site Contractor for approximately 375,000 sf of retail space on a 23 acre site development which includes a Wal-Mart  Super Center as the anchor store and a Wal-Mart Fuel Service Station .  Linde is working under EMJ Corporation of Boston, MA, the Construction Manager for the Project.  Work includes site grading, storm water, potable water, retaining walls, site lighting, curbing, paving, line painting, signage, dynamic compaction, fire protection loop, electric/telephone /cable utilities and the building pad for Wal-Mart.  Work has commenced and completion is scheduled for the Summer of 2003.
