Joe Jugan is a Superintendent in the Marcellus branch of Linde’s Utilities Division. Joe oversees installation of natural gas transmission lines which run from wellheads. Joe coordinates people, materials, scheduling, organizing and communicating with Linde people and Linde’s clients in the field. Joe joined Linde in 1985 as a laborer, but quickly moved up to foreman until his promotion to Superintendent in 2010. “The Marcellus shale boom has been good for our company and it’s kept us busy,” says Joe. “Personally, it also means more hours on and fewer hours off.” He doesn’t see that changing anytime soon. “Gas is big money,” says Joe.When these big companies want their gas to market, they want it now.
At Linde, we’ve been really good at jumping through hoops. It’s why we’ve been here and growing for years.
